MVSD Facilities Use

District facilities are available for community use when the activity is consistent with the best interests of the District and does not interfere with the regular conduct of the educational program.  

The facilities are not used for private parties and alcohol, drugs, and tobacco are not allowed anywhere on school district property.  

Before a use can be finalized, the group or organization using District property must provide the District with a Certificate of Liability for not less than $1,000,000, naming the Mill Valley School District as certificate holder and additional insured.
