stainless steeland other corrosin resistant alloys such as
invar and monel.
Nickel is gotton
comercially from pentlandite of the Sudbury region of
ontario, where about thirty percent of the worlds nickel
comes from. Other commercial suppliers of nickel are found
in Austraila and Cuba.Nickel is found in most meteortites
and serves as one of the criterias for distiguishing a
meteorite from other minerals. Iron meteorites can contain
iron alloyed with from five to twenty percent
nickel.
