Reading and Math Program Specialist (RAMP)  

6.5 Hours per day, M-F 
Starting Salary: $22.54 - $26.12/hr, depending upon experience and qualifications

POSITION:
The Reading and Math Program Specialist supplements the reading and math instruction provided in regular classes by working with individual children or with small groups of children who have been identified as needing specific reading and math intervention instruction to reach grade level standards.  The Reading and Math Specialist reports to the Principal and works closely with teachers in identifying students, planning lessons and organizing classrooms for reading and math instruction.  

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university.  Two (2) years of elementary teaching preferred.
