The library is at the heart
of our school and is staffed by librarian, Dee
Kauer and assistant, Meredith Tull. Our district librarian, Jane
Ritter, collaborates with
Dee on the function of the Strawberry Point School Library. Our library
includes a large book collection, 14 internet-linked computers, large
areas for classes to meet, as well as more intimate study areas. It is
used extensively by all of our grades as a resource for various
research projects throughout the year. Students may use a variety of
sources for their research, including: general, specialized and online
encyclopedias, periodicals, reference books, primary documents and the
internet.
