• PARCEL TAX EXEMPTIONS
In November 2008 voters approved Measure A, an amendment of the District's existing parcel tax and extends the tax until 2018. The tax will increase by 5% every year. For the 2016-17 tax year the assessment will be $933.46.

In November 2012 voters approved Measure B, a special parcel tax commencing July 1, 2013 and expiring June 30, 2021. The special tax measure will increase commensurate with the annual percentage increase to the San Francisco–Oakland-San Jose consumer price index (CPI), not to exceed 3% per year.
