The International Baccalaureate Site includes both conferences and workshops. These include online learning opportunities.
The global education conference is happening the week of September 17-21.
The conference is all online. You choose sessions you want to join based on time zone and interest. Many great organizations host forums or workshops throughout the week. Many do not slot their workshops/forums into the calendar until closer to the date, so if you look right now, you won't see all that is available. Closer to the date, you will see the calendar populated with many more opportunities. It’s free and easy to register, so sign up and see what is happening in global education.
Know My World partners classrooms from one part of the world with those in another part of the world to work together on a project. Partnerships are free but require an application process. While the applications are due relatively soon, they are not very long. Check out the site and see if it would be a fit for you.
This documentary photo exhibt about climate change is a don’t miss event at Fort Mason Center running through September 21. It’s free. Check it out with your friends and family. It is a great way to see how the arts can illuminate global issues.
