    “Problems are only opportunities in work clothes.”

     

    Remember to turn your phones, airpods, Gizmos, Apple watches, kindles and other personal electronics off completely and stow them in your backpack for the school day. They cannot be left on silent or airplane mode. 

     

    Calling all 6th graders ready to get their groove on! Your 6th grade dance is this TODAY from 7-8:30 in the gym. The theme is GLOW. DANCE. REPEAT. so wear your finest neon or white attire and grab a glow stick so that you shine all night long to the tunes of our MVMS DJ! Tickets are $10 and will be sold at the door. Did ya get that? FRIDAY, 7pm, in the gym, bring your student ID and $10 to glow and groove the night away! 

     

    Please eat your lunches at the tables. You may not eat on the balconies or stairwells outside of classrooms. 

     

    A reminder to students: You are allowed in the restrooms while actively using the facilities only- no loitering or eating.

    A message about lockers: If you have a locker and you are not regularly using it, please see Ms. Gamboa and we can reassign it to someone who is waiting for one. 

     

    Attention 6th graders! MVMS is beginning to participate in a Zero Waste Marin program to reduce our waste outside. You will be introduced to the program TODAY at Panther Time.

MVMS is beginning to participate in a Zero Waste Marin program to reduce our waste outside.  You may have seen the large compost, recycling and trash waste stations in the 6th grade lunch area-they are just for you!  However, these bins do not open yet, so PLEASE do NOT place any waste in them before then. We will announce when the bins are open and ready, but for now, look, don’t touch.  Stay tuned!

    Have you lived in a French or Spanish speaking country? If  The answer is OUI or SI, then the French and Spanish Club needs you. We are looking for fluent French and Spanish speakers for an upcoming activity. Please see a World Language teacher to find out more. Merci, Gracias

     

    Interact students, we will be meeting Tuesday at lunch in the Multimedia Room.  All students, whether you are a member of the club or not are welcome and we will be making Valentine's Day cards for seniors.

    Have you lived in a French or Spanish speaking country? If  The answer is OUI or SI, then the French and Spanish Club needs you. We are looking for fluent French and Spanish speakers for an upcoming activity. Please see a World Language teacher to find out more. Merci, Gracias

    Hey knitters!  Yarn Club is cancelled for today, but we'll see you next Wednesday at lunch in Room 41! Happy crafting!

     

    The OUI/ SI French and Spanish club is inviting you to our first Spanish Speaker Series. Join us in the Multimedia Room TODAY at lunch at 12:15. Mr. Aquino will be sharing some thoughts in Spanish and students will be able to ask him questions in Spanish.  Bring your lunch and join us! If you have questions, please ask a Spanish teacher.
