Return to Full Day In-Person School Checklist
Before You Come to School
- Complete the Health Screening sent via ParentSquare every day (Park Screening Form)
- Bring a water bottle, as water fountains are closed
- Bring a form-fitting, breathable mask to wear while you are on campus
- Bring a back-up mask in case you need a fresh one after lunch
- Bring a lunch in an easy to open and labeled container
- Dress in layers, as windows will be open and lunch will be eaten outside
Entering the School Campus
- Arrive at your Entry Point 5-10 minutes before school begins
- When gates open, walk calmly and line up on your dots
- Your teacher will meet you and walk you to the learning area

3rd, 4th & 5th Grades
Catalpa Gate
Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd Grade
Indoor Learning Area Guidelines
- Wash & sanitize your hands before or when entering a room
- Maintain as much distance as possible between you and others
- Wear a mask at all times
- Stay in your classroom, except to enter, exit or use restroom
- Stay on right side of hallway and keep distance from others
Outdoor Learning Area Guidelines
- Wash & sanitize your hands at outdoor washing stations
- Maintain as much distance as possible between you and others
- When eating or taking a short mask-break, you may remove your mask if you are sitting
- Wear a mask at all other times
Restroom Guidelines
- Only three students are allowed in the outdoor restrooms at a time
- Please wait on the dots outside
- Only one student is allowed in the indoor restrooms at a time
- Wash your hands before exiting the restroom
- Restrooms will be cleaned before school and once during school hours
Other General Guidelines
- Touched surfaces and any shared materials (indoors and outdoors) will be sanitized per county guidelines
- Students will be discouraged from sharing objects where practicable
- Windows will be open unless prevented by smoke, cold or rain
- An air purifier will be running in the classroom at all times
- Furniture (indoor and outdoor) is arranged to ensure that the proper distance is maintained
- The number of adults interacting with students will be minimized
- Every person on campus must wear a mask
- Every person on campus must do a Health Screening before entering
- Staff members that have not been vaccinated are testing regularly for COVID-19
- Students with symptoms will rest outside or in a monitored Isolation Room until picked up
