Summary of school zero waste progress:

The zero waste efforts at Edna Maguire in the 2023-24 year have
been truly exemplary! The student leaders of the large
Green Team are making sure that lunchtime sorting is
happening across campus everyday and it really helps
that school staff is on board with zero waste initiatives
and practices. A well deserved Gold Certification will
hopefully inspire continued efforts and leadership at
school and in the community, with the goals of
incorporating more zero waste infrastructure and
Green Team-led communication to families next year.
