• Meetings

    Regular meetings are generally held on the 2nd Thursday of the month, with exceptions due to budgetary timelines, legal holidays or school recesses, as coordinated with other Marin County school districts.  Regular meetings will be held at Mill Valley Middle School Library, 425 Sycamore Avenue, unless otherwise noted.

    The Board shall hold at least one regular meeting each school month (Bylaw 9320).  

    Regular meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m.* on Thursdays 

    at the Middle School Library, unless noted below. 

    *Any meeting with a closed session shall commence at 5:30 p.m.

    All meetings are held in person and streamed via Zoom for public access.

    Any member of the public may request that a matter within the jurisdiction of the Board be placed on the agenda of a regular meeting.  The request must be in writing and submitted to the Superintendent with supporting documents and information, if any, at least 10 business days before the scheduled meeting date.
