Sign Up For Employee Self-Service (ESS)
MVSD, in partnership with the Marin County Office of Education, is moving toward paperless employee checks. Employee Self-Serve (ESS) is a great way to review your pay stubs and your W-2. You will need your Employee ID number to sign up, which is located at top of your pay stub to the left, below your name. Please enroll by March 1, 2021, if you have not done so already. Please note that no paper notices will be distributed beginning May 1, 2021.
Sign-up now with ESS and you can review your 2020 W-2 on January 29, 2021.
You may access the ESS portal via this link. Please follow the directions on the home page by selecting the district you work in at the top right corner - “District: 29” for Mill Valley via the drop-down menu to the right of the Login and Register buttons.
If you have not yet accessed this service, you will need to create a profile. To do so, click “Register” on the left side of menu options. Then complete the Staff Registration Form. You will need your Employee ID number, which is listed on your paycheck under your name.
Once you have completed the staff registration form, please keep your login information for future access. From there you should be able to access your profile, including the items listed above.
