Please share information about reportable incidents involving Mill Valley School District students or our school properties using the following form. This form will be checked during district business hours from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday during the school year, excluding holidays and breaks. Information can be shared with the Mill Valley Police Department by calling (415) 389-4100 or the Central Marin Sheriff at (415) 473-7250. If there is an emergency or a crime in progress, please always dial 911 to reach our local authorities.
